Gracie 360 Jiu Jitsu Seminar was Great!!!

Gracie 360 hosted it’s first seminar on the same day as the grand opening! It was a packed house of great people from kids, teens to adults! Instructor Timothy Hart taught the Children’s jiu jitsu class a few self defense techniques to help against bullies and to build a strong, balanced structure to promote growth in their jiu jitsu.

After the Children’s BJJ ( Brazilian jiu jitsu) class, Gracie 360’s Timothy Hart kicked off the Gracie Jiu Jitsu seminar for the teens and adults. He focused on solid basics and strict details for those basics techniques. He flowed into a great gameplan from the worst positions to more dominant, maintainable positions for jiu jitsu and jiu jitsu self defense. ( Solid, Basic Jiu jitsu and Jiu Jitsu self defense is which Timothy tells his students is the key to great jiu jitsu)
