Teen Team hard at work at BJJ Practice!!!

Gracie 360’s BJJ Teen’s Team was hard at work again today! learning new armbars and positional transitions these teens will be a force in the jiu jitsu world for sure. After an intense Urban Athlete work out the teens move along to their Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practice.

The Teens class is moving great, they are focused on progressing and soaking up as much knowledge as possible in each session! We had a great class today, like we do each week, the teens are quick learners and adapt easily to jiu jitsu with their wrestling background.

Keep up your great Jiu Jitsu training as well as your wrestling guys!! We are proud of you all!

Big congrats to Kong!, SK! ( Submission King), Ruthless Joe! and Evan we will see you soon after your wrestling camp!
